I got free tickets to this last year (the VIP toilets are so much better!) and it was ace.  Very surreal sitting listening to thrash metal, with a mug of tea in one hand and crumpets in the other!

Really good show Smile

Big queues of people across Stevenage Leisure Park waiting for buses.  Came to work on the bike today as the traffic is predicted to be heavy come rush hour.

It was bloody awesome!  Cool

Got battered in mosh pit for Rammstein, had no choice but to join in as the whole place just came one big pit!  Shocked

Maiden as usual just rocked!

Cooper and newman rocked the crowds

pendulum-hmmm think they would do better in a small area, seemed a bit flat, as did placebo, lacuna coil didnt get a long enough set imo and papa roach-might be old but they still rocked the place!  Cool

Had a amazing time, met some great people (and pulled  Embarassed Cool), and really hope to go next year  Cool

Was absolutely mint. Probably the best festival I've been to.

The best part (apart from the bands) was the set up of the two main stages, either end of the field with 5 -10 mins between bands.  Just meant you hand to walk between them with no real downtime.

Can't wait for next years now Smile

missed slayer.. but was very impressed with fear factory, never seen them live before but they played a good set...  they played the saturn stage which was a little smaller, but the sound was excellent.
