They have a nice bike advertised (May even be sold) but just wondered if they are reliable (dealer, not bike).

It's my local dealership. Not bought a bike from them but parts and kit they've always been ok.

I think the bike I had found is gone although after a phone call and email about it wheee it was confirmed as still available I've heard nothing back.

I guess that answers the question.
