I've got a set that don't look the best but bit of paint could be made to lookgood if your interested

If your 'floating' the boards over concrete then you shouldn't tile as there be to much movement in the floor, better to screed then tile

It's not the clutch cable it's the choke , I've never had to use it so never bothered getting a replacement plastic lever bit, still work if you need it just pull the cable

I'll need to check mileage think it's about 8k will I'll check in morning

No road fairings comes with two track fairings one painted up really nice and a tatty set too
