In London you rarely get the chance to ride on good roads. It's all about city riding and so I don't need a sports bike any more. So I thought I'd like something that has some urban cool. I bought myself a '96 CB750 a few months ago as the basis for a custom job. It was very cheap so if I fuck it up, I can scrap it. Planning to do it as a brat-style bike (basically a cafe racer but with a flat seat so you can take a pillion). I went along to the Bike Shed event in Shoreditch yesterday for some inspiration/ideas. Mainly I was trying to figure out what type of rear mudguard to go for. Now I'm ready to order some bits and get the hack saw out.
