I went out at Bedford SW circuit wth Dave wood from davewoodracing.com a few weeks back...... hes an Ex BSB privateer champ, KTM RC8 champ.....

I was in inters.....but very slow. First session was good...or so i though! A 20 min chat, quick low cal low carb egg and bacon roll later.....2nd session............i was 20 secs a lap quicker!!! I was gobsmacked! I started as a slow inter. By the end of the day i was only being overtaken by 2 riders....dave wood and some nutter on a R6! Dave said i wouldn't embarrass myself in the fast group!

After a day with woody......i still cant get my knee down lol.........its fcuked up!!!!
