Anyone diy fitted a gear indicator,  is it simple enough and any recommendations?

Looking for the kawasaki ninja oxford luggage in good condition for sensible money.

Anyone know where to get a new battery strap? Checked ebay but all too small, the one I took off the zx7r is 190mm.

Managed to get my hands on a stainless system for the bike but there are no collars to bolt exhaust to engine.
Does anyone know anywhere to try and get some from?

Looking some help and advice. I'm wanting to change the exhaust on the zx7r, obviously ideally to the wsb akrapovic 4,2,1,2 high rise but that's not going to happen.
3 bolt akrapovic cans are few and far between. Full stainless system would be nice but what's insurance going to say.
So has anyone ever used pipe werx or mtc exhausts? Are they good quality, look good up close, do they sound well, do they age well?

I'm looking at sorting this micron out. The rubber that goes between the carbon sleeve and the metal end pieces have perished.
Does anyone know of any replacements or a safe alternative to make it work.?

Bit of a random one but does anyone know do any other headers fit a zx7r, ie would zx9r headers fit?

Having a bit of a garage clearout to fund bits for the zx7r so swaps and put welcome, especially for a bolt on exhaust.

2 shortened round viper slip on exhausts, good condition, one has a couple of small marks but if on left side of bike wouldn't notice, ideally sell together SOLD

Carbon fibre micron oval slip on. This is a race can but "not for road use" has been buffed off. Carbon is in good condition, there is an imperfection from previous owner on underneath, think it was a bad strap, screws have been replaced at a time and have seized and rounded at slip on end, tip end are all free. £75 posted, new pics to follow.

Looking for an additive to clean the carbs, bike has sat for a time before I got my mits on it and there is somewhat of a hesitation between 5 and 6k. So who recommends what? Also, super unleaded, worth adding it in the zx7r? Always had v-twins before.

Ok, so I want to add brighter, white bulbs, to the zx7r. I got some 100w ones, low beam fine, no high. Checked fuse, wires, relay, all seemed fine.
Then found horn didn't work, checked switch gear, all good.
Then checked horn fuse, blown. New fuse in and got horn and hi and low beam on original bulbs.
Havent put new bulbs in in fear of blown fuse.
Now the question, the horn fuse is 10amp, there is a spare 30amp, is it possible to put a higher amp fuse in or will it cause issues elsewhere?

Anyone any experience removing tank pads? One on the 7r is naff but its required, might go as far as baglux tank cover to keep it good, but looking ideas for safe removal so I don't damage paint.

I'm new to the forum, and to inline 4s, always had v-twins but picking up my p5 zx7r tomorrow, black and less than 5k miles on it, can't wait.
Need to get exhaust changed, anyone know the distance between the holes on the end can?
