Guys im looking the sprocket above as it has good offset, i believe the O/E one is dished? Is it?

I bought mine directly from Sprockets Unlimited last summer (family run business near Evesham). They did me a fair deal on them, and I can't really fault the kit (Renthal sprockets, and a Z ring chain.
