Hi All
Alas the beast has to go, I need a vehicle for trips to France and mtbing and don't have the room for 2 cars :-(
I bought this car from a member on the MR2 Roadsters forum and the last 50k miles were covered by enthusiast from that forum.
This car is a brilliant drive, loads of fun and has been well looked after.
Car drives great just passed its MOT with no advisories, MOT'd until June 2nd 2015, tax till end of June 2014
91K genuine miles on the clock.
x2 keys, all logs and previous MOT certificates/receipts etc present. All fluids replaced frequently by previous forum owners with receipts to back it up. Toyota service history prior to that.
Exterior:
TRD replica sideskirts, front and rear splitters with rear diffuser colour coded.
Carbon Fibre Vinyl wrap on bonnet.
TRD style rear spoiler
Eagle front badge
de-MR2′d rear bumper
Facelift side vents painted black.
Wheels:
OEM toyota wheels refurbished in white.
Suspension:
Tein S-Tech Springs
Rear lower arms
Superpro polyurethane lower control arm bushings (Dev's GB)
Toyo Proxes T1R All round replaced less than 1k miles ago.
Engine:
Standard apart from
braided hose lines
Iridium plugs
Recent new air filter
HKS oil cap
Kirks Polyurethane motor mount
Oil and oil filter replaced 1k ago with fully synthetic 5/30
Exhaust:
Standard system
Brakes:
EBC Yellow stuff pads
HEL braided brake lines
Brand new Dot 4 oil 5k miles ago
Interior:
Carbon vinyl wrap centre console
Sony Xplod bluetooth CD player (memory slot and aux)
Faux leather door cards inserts and leather trim
Lockwood stainless door sills
TRD gear knob
Genuine MR2 floormats
Air Con model fully functioning
Recently added are the HEL braided brake lines, freshDot 4 brake fluid full flush, new engine oil and filter at last 1000 miles, new both O2 sensors replaced in the last 10k.
Car drives as it should, engine pulls well uses no oil between changes and has had the pre-cats removed long ago. Roofs in great condition, its good to go.
I have advertised the car at £2300, Ninja Price £2100.
I'm also at Softtop Sunday this weekend at Goodwood if anyone is interested in seeing her in the flesh,
Thanks Lewis

I really like that. And I'm not even a car lover
its not been over done like so many of them are
Thanks Dom ;)
Yea she a pretty thing and probably not over done as the last 2 owners myself included have both been in there thirties rather than nippers.
Have to say I'm having second thoughts but needs must :-(
I had a Mk1 MR 2 and loved it. Getting a bit nostalgic here..
Would you take two grand for it..?
If it was someone from MCNNINJAS and they promised to look after the car then I would take 2K.
dam makes me tempted at that price
Gimme a week, and I'll have it.
I love this car. Top work Bri Bri
Im in 'no rush Brian :-)
Let me know if you want to talk the car through and Ill fill you in on all that's been done to it and overall condition.
Ta Lewis

and anyone suggesting a RWD 2 seater sports car which handles well and is brilliant fun to drive....... is a hairdressers car....... needs a boot up the poop chute.
MR2's, Elise's, Boxster's, MX5's et al...... had em all, loved em all...... and I'm about as manly as they come.
Anyone mentioning the pink crocs episode can fuck right off
He knows I was just joshing and know fuck all about cars.
How many cup holders does it have?
pink crocs are never forgiven
Lewis, I'll definitely have it. I was looking at MX5's but this is just up my street.
I'll PM you.
No worries Brian :-)
Danoir...So true its so much fun on the back roads, just bloody useless for mountain biking transportation....someone from the MR2 Roadster forum suggested I fit a towbar to the MR2 so I could keep it.....apparently you can actually buy them!
Hilariously, Dom I will be buying a car with Lots of Cup Holders.....Looking at a Honda CRV....
And no Kim isn't pregnant!

Sorry Dan....
I was at Goodwood soft top Sunday over the weekend and on day I will have an Elan in the White/Red/Gold paintwork they are just so cool.
Was great to see you again, Lewis.
Looking forward to seeing you again in a couple/three weeks. :afro:
Glad you enjoyed the drive
I stick by my first impression. It's a go-kart!
Aye it is.... :)
Also glad your laptop was still there. Goes to show that having a slightly weatherbeaten bag is a good thing..
