would you say that at full price?
I would say the quality is very good reguardless of the price but at full price your more likely to go for a shoei or agv , or an arai as they're much more publicised
Bell aren't a cheap far eastern manufacturer.
Here are some F1 drivers who use their lids in the past

Exactly what I thought peej!
I had the Bell Carbon. Have to, say it was the most comfy and lightest lid I'd ever had. But when riding, the view through the visor gave me eye strain which then led to headaches if worn for too long. Sold it on ebay in the end.
Inside was very plush

but it looks so good......
Get carbon nexx xr1r. For the price there is nothing better. Comfy, massive visor, light and looks class.
Bit noisy and vents could be better made but I love mine.

never heard of them and im not entirely sure I like it
A local Busa rider - I helped sort his brakes last month. He has one of these Nexx carbon lids in green, but he said he couldn't live with the wind noise so rarely wears it.
I love the carbon weave on this lid

How do the Bell lids compare to Arai regarding shell / head shape???
Similar?
As I recall, unlike Arai and Shoei, they use the same shell and the sizes are set with the internal padding.
I don't think they do use the same shell size not on all of them anyway
