Other than a huge appetite for fuel I haven't heard a negative...if secondhand then all the usual things need looked at...finance issues checked...blah blah.

They seem a sound proposition...not dogged by the electric issues of old...so if it's had its relevant services and not abused then all should be good...stupidly quick...tiny...good looking machine.

Great machine as all have said, old man has a tuono v4. Only issue is the battery, don't like sitting, even for a week or two, without a trickle charger attached and if battery goes flat it's for the bin

A lot of the modern bikes are the same...the factory immobilisers and electronics take their toll.

you need to speak to mc101 on this, he ran one in endurance series.

generally speaking other than few concerns over reliability the big issue is availability of spares. I know someone who was waiting almost 4 months for a part for the gearbox on his from Italy.

Is it the one with the enormous black can?

Stupid loud they are as Aprilia designed in an idle baffle valve that opens once you open the throttle iirc.
