found this on the bay and thought it would be perfect for my new commuter but I have absolutely no information what so ever about them , can anyone shed some light?

Well.....No! Ive never seen one before? 33bhp :moto:
I would be very wary...for spares situation alone...there's a reason you don't see many...they either didn't sell well....or most are with the scrap dealers.
Id imagine it has restrictors on it seems fantastic for the price and it would be ideal
Cagiva River? Probably the best place to put a Cagiva
The mito was a brilliant little 125 mini ducati looks etc..... But I know nothing about the bigger bikes
Avoid. As Alzo said. Spares are short and expensive if you can find anywhere who'll get them.
There must be hundreds of cheap commuters out there (CB500s etc) to not have to risk a shitty Italian that went bust years ago...
Been offered a zx6r j2 with 15k miles for £1200 there is a couple ive messaged but not had a reply as of yet
Cagiva went the way of Buell when Harley Davidson got into trouble in 09. They are still producing small cc bikes and are owned by MV Augusta
Cagiva and commuter in the same sentence. You are a brave, brave man.
It looks like a CB500. Just get one of those

A bird would be a better option.
