Has anyone ever had a bike remapped for better fuel economy? I know it can be mapped for pretty much anything but never heard of better MPG. I know it can be done on cars etc
Ive certainly never heard of it
Better fuel economy over performance? Have you caught the ghey?
Get masking tape....tape it circa 30 times around your right wrist until it can barely pivot....go out on your bike and I guarantee a huge improvement to the mpg.

Is your mpg really so bad you feel the need to try and squeeze some more out?
Not as far as i know mate. I was just curious if it was worth considering if i start using the bike for work as filling up every day gets a bit boring
Ahh I see x I hear you on that I imagine something could be done but I doubt it would really be worth it
Heard of this in one of the bike mags pretty sure it was a pcv map, but I'll be damned if I cab remember any more about it
Think I saw a power commander eco map once..... I might be imagining things
To get more mpg you need to use less fuel...any mapping would just reduce the amount of fuel available...this can all be achieved by gentle use of the throttle...anticipation of the road conditions resulting in smoother riding...go on a diet and wear Shorts and a T-Shirt....maybe even make sure you induce a good morning dump...this will all create a decent weight reduction....you could lie flat on the tank everywhere lessening drag...and probably an old Honda CG125 would be of benefit.

a little C90 should do the trick!
Push bike would save you even more!!!
