I've owned this bike since 2010 and loved it. Don't want to sell it but baby on the way, a house move and a requirement for a new car forces me to :(

9 months MOT remaining (I got it MOT'd at the beginning of May, was hoping to use it but I just cant find the time).
Brand new rear tyre - has done about 2 miles (Michelin Pilot Power 2CT)
Standard bike with R&G rear tidy and R&G Crash bung protectors.
Built in lap timer and Slipper clutch (Standard)
Only used in the Summer and only in fair weather . Always garaged.

It has Service History till approx 7000 miles. Since I have owned the bike, I have maintained it myself. New front brake pads were installed less than 1000miles ago.
Only bad point is the rear fairing has a small chip on it - see photo.
As usual with bike sales, I will need cash in hand and proof of insurance before a test ride.
