Had a mega road trip today, 578 miles to Seton Tunig and back to collect my bike.
Full Ti Decat system, flash tune with Phil Seton's own remap, a little bit of tweaking, new air filter and a bit of Dyno time.
204.15 BHP.
Phil Seton is a genius and a gent. Well worth the drive.
First ride in Spring will be an eye opener.......
Now to try and find someone whom I trust to sort the fucking gearbox recall.
:thumbleft:
just out of interest what was bhp figures before phil got his hands on it?
Bog standard 183 BHP.
Decat pipe and PipeWerx can with no others mods 184 BHP.
nice increase
very impressive
Sweet.
When are you selling it?
out of curiosity... why did you have that work done? fuelling issues etc?

Standard R1 is very snatchy so smoothed that out. It's the only system on the R1 which is sensible noise-wise so good for road riding around here.
It was too good a deal to turn down.
204bhp on a road bike. You will be taking off on that runway at Valley :azn:

That was a great event the June one. The less said about Sept the better........
Is that rear wheel or crank power moz?
At the wheel.
Phil Seton reckons a breathed on 2015 S1000RR he has been working on produces 232 RWBHP.

If you're talking about embarrassing me on a bike that is twice as old as I am then I agree!

Very nice
Oh think of the things I could do with that kind of power , pretty sure I could sort Syria out with that kinda weapon!

hmm.............who had the final say on the layout and who was told that that corner "was an accident waiting to happen" after the first session.........?
Glad you got it sorted and it's amazing that you can get that level of power from a road going bike without opening up the engine. Impressive doesn't even begin to cover it.
Fucking bonkers.
As I said on Facebook, I remember when fast cars had 200HP.

Eggy had the final say. I just went with it........
I suspect I'll take (yet more) lessons away from that. Sadly considering the carnage in front of me I got away lightly and I have been very lucky one of Mr Seton's sponsors helped me sort it out.
Well you know my opinion of said individual...........I wouldn't let him set out a car park.......clueless.
You got a curve you can post?

Remember when 160 rwhp at the very top of the rev range was very special...............now it's at 9500rpm............ :icon_salut:
The privateer BSB Blade I raced had 175 at the back wheel.......
I have 108bhp on my road bike :(
Looks good fella - it'll be night and day even more so after a winter lay off !!
I've also seen Cliff's S1000RR superbike first hand ... very smart. Best way (nearly) you can spend £65K of anyones money ;-)
