No, no, no...
My experience of these people is spending months waiting for them to be delivered, they weren't right when they finally arrived and it took me weeks for someone to actually talk to me about the problems because, 'the managers are really busy you know...'
They finally admitted that the design was flawed and then told me there wasn't anything they could do about it. Wouldn't touch them with a large stick.
If you want good & expensive, try these people: http://acscustom.com/uk/
Can someone just cut'n'paste all the other ear plug threads?
My Ultimate Ear plugs done at the BMF few years ago were great.
Moz and Gobert don't get on with custom ear plugs, and prefer the disposable foam ones.
I think that covers it.

so your experience and mine are completely different, just done 8 days round France, Spain, Andorra - over 50 hours total on the bike in complete comfort with my plugs. I'm on my second set as well, first set I had for 10 years (too long should really change at 5) but the old ones are still comfy but don't cut as much noise any more.
