How much trail-braking / sliding do you plan to do?
This shit is important and must be done right....

I'm a Pirelli die hard... love em.. V1, V2`s blah blah..  :moto:

My mate hs switched to Bridgestones (Binned his Metzelers due to lack of feel and confidence on track, mind you they were the slicks so no good on road  ) Having seen his riding before (On the Metzelers) and now the bridgestones, id have to say they are worth a look.. Might even get myself some for me next euro trip

They're all much better than they were in 2006 when I first joined the site but tbh I'm still sticking it in the bends with Michelin...
So for you Id go Power RS...

I don't think there are any bad tyres, just the wrong tyres.
I've not had to buy any for a while so I'm a bit behind on current models but I'd imagine anything with a fast road / track focus from a brand that you trust is going to be good enough.

Road riding .. yawn almost dozed off......

Track, Dunlop KR106/108 - moto2 tyre for a reason.  Unbelievable side grip and will do 2 days on a rear at Almeria (hard on tyres) running in the 1.41/42's ...

I actually borrowed a R1200GS for a weekend recently .. bloody good it was !! Admittedly had a bit of Seton work but what a great fast road bike and scratched through the peak district with the best of them (much to some folks surprise) lol.
