well ive got the new bike , didnt end up getting a brand spanking new bike , as the missus vetoed me (shes paying half) and also wants to learn to ride so she can ride it

still a v twin just 600cc less than planned.....

It's actually a really nice bike for what I wanted it for (pootalin around country lanes two up)
