Can anyone tell me if the other titanium sleeves of an akrapovic can, can be removed completely and changed with carbon fibre.

If its the oval titanium then it will be manufactured the same as the carbon so it should be as simple as drill out the rivets and then seperate and re-rivet together so I would say defo yes on that one.

Its the newer shape, tri oval, guess its the same construction method, or am I wrong

Thy are all pretty much the same. Drill rivets out, persuade the mess off and it will come away. Do why you want with it then put it back together and rivet it back up.
