Mine had to be through the fjords of Norway as we rode from Stavanger to Oslo in 2 days. I was riding my then new P7F, as part of a wider trip around Europe. We started in Norway and rode through Sweden, Denmark, Holland, Germany and France.
Simply beautiful scenery the likes we just don't have in England :/
siciliy
riding from palermo to taormina
road hugged the coast until it then came inland through the mountains
over rickity bridges, through the cobbled streets of mountain towns, up through the clouds
and when you came over the the other side and started to wind your way down you could see mt etna in the distance erupting
by far the best journey i have ever made on a bike
A day in the desert in Dubai dune bashing - epic..

Going to France the first time with my mate Darryl. It wasnt until we were waiting for the ferry to offloadthat we
realised we hadnt bought a map yet. We made our way across France almost to the middle of Luxembourg just winging it. Awesome roads, courteous drivers, sunshine and almost no idea where we were going.
awesome.

 enjoyed my visit but no way could I get my wife on the back of a two wheeler!
Hire bike?
Eupen to the Nurburgring via the b258 about 4yrs ago. I was on the favourite bike I've owned - GSXR1000K6 along with my best mates who were on 2 blades and an r1. Epic roads, epic bikes, crazy speeds, great company. Wide sweeping roads perfectly surfaced, knees on deck, wheelies over crests and past cars, 20 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. 5 days off work with about 500 euros stuffed in my pocket to see me through. Perfect! :-)
Oooo the N848 in Belgium through a place called Herbaumont=awesome.
Also the road from Saarburg to Trier in Germany is epic.
Quite liked the old 101 Highway from LA to San Fran, did it on a Harley Road King.
