Title: R&G shock tube
Post by: Steve R1 on October 25, 2013, 06:08:27 AM
Has anyone used R&Gs shock tube, does it help to protect the shock or wil it keep it damper for longer in the wet.

Thoughts appreciated

Steve

Had one on my Z750R since I bought it. Still clean and since I last looked.
Stops the worst of the crap getting in there.
Can be fiddly to fit in the right place but it's not budged since.

Wouldn't bother myself.  Looks like something that will trap dirt and moisture and make the problem worse not better.

Never had an issue with the one I had on the triumph and I have to say it kept the shock looking squeaky clean when it was taken off for washing..
