apparently its the on board battery that goes flat and then you are fu&ked........but on the plus side the video shows you how to bypass it

great security eh?? Another reason I hate alarms on bikes

Completely agree mate. I'm just glad i can get round it now and get out on my bike......well if it stops raining

Bike Talk / Alarm engineer - south coast

Went to take the bike out for the first ride of the year and the alarm would not turn off, changed batteries in the remote and still nothing.

Suspect it's knackered and want to get it removed, had a quick look on google but wondered if anyone can recommend any alarm engineers on the south coast, lymington area.

Thanks

Just a warning guys if anyone is going today there are a number of other shows going on including a bike show and they all have different queues so make sure you get in the right one. The motorbike show is in N6 I think not the one as you enter the excel centre.

Fuck that....... Anna had me walking round a garden centre on steak and blowjob day, so a bike show on Valentines Day is fair do's.

I aint going though....... thought I might cook a nice steak and see what happens.

Good luck with that idea  :azn:

Bike Talk / Petrol tank leak
May 13, 2015, 06:45:55 PM
got the bike back on the road yesterday ready for some summer riding, put it away last night with  a Full tank of fuel which it has not had a good few months.

Got home today to the smell of petrol in the house and found the bike had been leaking fuel. Garage is attached to the house, I do not keep it in the living room.

Tank off and it's coming from a 3 mm hole which was under some filler which was done a few years ago when I crashed it.

Now the question is for a repair I was going to get it welded but have seen some fillers for this type of problem and they have good reviews, any opinions guys?

this is something ive always wanted to do but whats always stopped me is the lack of a Honda pan European or similar (other motorcycles available)

I inquired a few years ago and said i had a sports bike which they said was no problem at all. If you can give the time its a great cause to support.

Watched this yesterday, Jay Leno had one in his garage along with the track version

You have to watch it just for the old Kawasaki advert
