Whilst looking to see what time any NW repeats will be on, I stumbled across this apparently weekly bike program on iplayer, called Bikes!

Bikes!  Is a programme run by bbc norn iron for the road races, while sadly is not a weekly programme,  it does give some great coverage for the season.

its a running joke im not racist atall but when ever I see her looking at a black bloke I go mental ive even smacked one for offering to buy her a drink so every time I annoy her she threatens to go find a blackman its because her ex was she just winds me up
