Neil (Wizzbang) and Dave (Cos) would be your best bet, Neil lives in the area and Dave is from there but whether they have any experience of this person I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure I've used this guy before (although it was a hell of a long time ago so I can't be 100%). If he is the same guy, then he was very good.
