Nearly there!

I did the final cosmetic touch today, adding the numbers to the side panels.

All that remains to be done is sorting out an electrical cut out issue (although there isn't a side stand switch, apparently), turning the right twist grip a bit so the throttle cable doesn't rub the tank on full lock, then a shake-down run to surface any final niggles. Next weekend, it'll be in my possession. I'm as excited as a kid waiting for Christmas!

I'm really happy with the way it's turned out (although I think I'll lower the headlight slightly further and maybe find slightly shorter headlight brackets). It was very hard walking away to get the train back into London.

But next weekend I'm riding it home.

I'm really chuffed for you Ray....the concept has worked...the headlight worked better on the previous brackets...just my observation...but well done...and I hope it rides as good as it looks.
Hopefully see it in the flesh in April.

Which brackets? I couldn't use the original ones cos the new speedo headlight bucket is longer and the ignition barrel would be in the way.

I'm thinking of seeing if I can relocate the ignition barrel at some point but that could be impractical.
