Took some clients and suppliers to the Ron Haslam school on Wednesday and they insisted I did the 600 in the morning as a taster before we did the Elites in the afternoon.

My poor old instructor got a slap on the back as we rolled out on track for the first time from Dave Johnson with a satisfying smirk and a "good luck with this one" remark.  Session one he dropped the CB500 for a Fireblade before session 2 and after session 2 announced the fireblades are not very quick lol.  I loved the little 600RR :-)

Was it not a waste of time then if he can't teach you anything?

I had an instructor blame the larger crank on his ZX10 for not being able to keep up with me on my 600 at Cartegena.

I'll concede, a well ridded six is hard to beat around that circuit.

Plus of course, I ride like the wind.

Love this.... good work on keeping a low profile before unleashing hell!

This popped into my mind though...

The bit about having a bunch of clients out for the day was lost on you I guess
