I'm afraid the best bet is to go to bike shops and try stuff on.  Just like men's gear, every different brand has different sizing so you never know.  I had the same problem recently ordering from ebay - Hein Gericke 10 and Arlen Ness 10 were very different!

I think I'd go to a leather alteration place / specialist and get advice on what can be done with an existing jacket. Could you get one that fits everywhere else and have panels added for the larger top and bottom decks?

In any case, from your past experience, isn't it best that you keep your women folk away from motorised vehicles?.... and your sperm?..... and your camera?..... and your internet forum activity?....

..... wouldn't she be best off just kept inside away from harm's way?

I have a pair of JTS accessories winter gloves. They lasted me about 12 years before I bought my heated ones. They are brilliant.

I have had the same problem, but guys stuff squashes bust and are too broad on shoulders. Finally got my best fit in jackets with alpinestar stella.( leathers and textile jackets) Same make trousers no good though, mens Joe Rocket leather o
trousers are fab. Textile trouserx, best fit I found were ixs, from j&s.
hope the above helps, but it really is trial and error
