it deserved a mention 

I left the wrapping of the back end so people could see how sleek, and slim the tailpiece is, and how they managed to put the exhaust (and centre of gravity) in a sensible place.....they totally lost their way after the B model and the poor bikes had to put up with the indignity of having a fat arse

that's one of the best looking bikes of the past 10 years, just before bike design went all 'transformers' with weird bits, slashes, panels everywhere etc.
it has a nice smooth line to it without being overly 916.
and the exhaust doesn't get ruined when it falls over.
