Been looking on ebay for a new set of front pads but can't make my mind up which one's...... sintered or ordinary ceramic carbon is there much difference had the front's off today but can't really tell which one's they are (not much meat left on them) thanks for any info in advance

They all very ive had £15 "organic" pads preform better then brembos  it all depends on what you use them for

it would only be for the road though i do want something decent been looking at goldfren but they only seem to be sintered one's

Demon tweaks do some "organic" ebc ones for about 15 quid had them on a r6 and that thing really stopped hard! Like stupidly hard id give them a look

Why would you be looking at 'Cheap' brake pads, Brakes and tyres are the most important things on your bike, your life depends on them, just buy OEM pads as you can be sure they will work correctly.

no they are a good make, however in my experience for road use you cannot beat OEM

i would never think of putting cheap parts on my bike would rather pay for the right ones than settle for anything less especially when it comes to brakes and tyre's just wondered what others use regarding pads and which is the best to go with

Oem pads are sintered. I've used ebc as well as Carbon Loraine sintered Race pads. The latter are disk munchers.ebc worked well enough though.  I've read some pretty poor write ups on the Gold Fren pads also.

The pads ive reccomended are not cheap pads demon tweeks just do them cheap

I found EBC HH pads to be great in hot weather with lots of abuse but offer very little initial bite and feel. If it's cold and wet and you aren't a heavy braker they are simply awful.

I used Brembo SC pads on the R1 and were awesome, but for road use I can't really fault OEM pads.

Trouble with EBC pads is they are noisy and are renowned for wearing discs...

i always used standard pads, trackday or road and never have any issue...
