As a concept bike goes, that looks very complete.  Even down to things like compliant numberplate hanger and mirrors.  There's no reason that couldn't be built very close to that render.
I like it.

The mirrors look like they've got weird fins/spoilers on them. Is that a nod towards the H2R? It needs the subframe (or at least part of it) to be able to bolt off like the R9T to appeal to the serious customisers. I've never been a fan of that classic Kawasaki tail shape.

I like the little ram air scoop but I'd be interested to see if it could be replaced with something else just for the sake of it. However, there's a notch out of the tank for no apparent reason. And I'd be curious whether the underseat space could be opened up, relocating the battery and removing the airbox.

The radiator isn't too obtrusive. I like the USD fork. The front mudguard and rear hugger don't suit it and should be smooth curves, not sculpted angles.

Overall, at first glance I wasn't too enthusiastic about it but the look is starting to grow on me.
