Anyone else ridden the 2017 Husqvarna 701 Enduro Supermoto? I took one out at DWR Aylesbury at the weekend and bloody hell.....it was a rght good laugh. Top end isnt too fast but it flicks in to bends with ease, the front comes up at mega low revs and its comfortable with a great position for vision! At £8k the price is appealing as well as the 0% deals that they are doing. Sooooooo tempting  :moto:

I'd have a go on the KTM too if it was me.  0% finance is fine, but might not be so great if it depreciates faster because of the name on the tank, or Husky disappear and you're stuck with it, etc.  What's the dealer network like?

Maddog

From chatting to a few of the lads that turned up to the open day at DWR, the depreciation isnt that bad. The value of the bike after 3 years covers the one off final repayment if that makes sense? The dealer network is getting bigger from what ive heard so pretty sure there will be no issues. In fact, they are bringing new bikes out this year. Husky is owned by KTM (or vice versa). The BTCC fella Tim Harvey was one of the lads i was chatting to about them. In fact he picked his new 701 enduro up that day.

Ive got to say, ive always been a sportsbike owner and never considered anything else but the riding position and ease of use has got me thinking of getting rid of the ninja

Nine days later.....
Wheres the new bike? ;)

Maddog

Hahaha im still trying to find somewhere to keep it! With the new speeding fines coming in to play it could be the only way to keep the licence and still have fun  :police:

Why don't you invest in something like this. If you want low speed fun.

Stands me at about 3.5k and runs rings around sportbikes on the right roads.
