It's only oil.  Put whatever they sell in Halfords of the right grade from a brand you've heard of in it.

I'm feeling I should drain the oil cold as I'm not entirely sure how much is left in it as it lost alot , draining cold will still have the same effect just take longer to drain right? It's not something I've really ever done
