Quote from: DaveH on November 17, 2020, 07:44:37 AMIn to work on the Zed Thou...50+mph winds meant the fourth road bridge was shut and the wee ybr would've been a liability on the motorway in those conditions. Plus it's nice to be on a bike that does the commute so effortlessly  :afro: and I can judge the mirrors better for filtering compared to the SX.

Maybe I should just keep the Zed...or change that and the ybr into an er6 or old 6r...

When did they build another 2 road bridges ? 😉
  fixed!

Yesterday...did 50 miles on the new Keeper. Wasn't the best of conditions...but good enough to enjoy the awesomeness.

Out yesterday with 2 others from here. On the SX, 2nd time this year. Done 220 miles round the Scottish Borders. Great roads, a mixture of everything. Hoping to get out on the ZRX this weekend.  :moto:

Was that you on the police bike ?

It would have been interesting if the 2 bike cops had been 5 minutes earlier.  😉😂😂

good tyres, really impressed by them so far

Saturday, I dragged my lead arse off the settee and took the ZRX out for a couple of hours. For a bike that is 15 years old, has carbs and twin shock suspension, it can still put a smile on this auld mans face.

Up to Oban for the weekend on the SX at the end of our cycling holiday - love that bike, even more than the Gen 1 Z1000.  :cheesy:  :cheesy:  :cheesy:  :moto:  :moto:  :moto:

Bit of mixed weather on the way up, the S21s that were fitted when I got the bike work well but will be switching to PR5s as they are close to the wear limit after just 3000 odd miles but PR5s had done 6K on the Z1 and still had more life in them.

Today. Big green bus. 230 odd miles round the Scottish Borders. A few flies were killed in the process. Need a few more days like today.   :afro:
