The more I see of this bike, the more I like it. Anyone ridden/own one? I'd be interested in peoples views.

Does look like a laugh and the various write ups seem to have been singing its praises. I've yet to see one in the flesh though

whoopee

Yup, looks lovely in that pic!
It's being raved about in the press I gather although I havent read any tests myself yet.

Alzo

Fuelling issues raising their heads already...harsh flyby wire throttle reported...but loads of positives too...rival for Street Triple apparently...it will need to be real special to beat the Triumph.

It doesn't, close but not quite Carling. Brakes not that good, sloppy suspension and as already mentioned by Alzo poor fly by wire throttle, looks like they've built themselves an MV  ;).

And on a purely personal note it just doesn't look quite right.

Alzo

Front end looks flimsy...otherwise not bad looking...at least Yamaha now realise a triple engine offers so much real world performance.

Jonny

I am sure it is a laugh to ride but it looks like Tonka toys have branched out to building motorbikes.

1000cc version should be good.....

Stuno1

Whip off tail tidy and add belly pan and like it even more. Good looking bike.

I'd still like to see a Triumph triple litre sportsbike, think it'd be fairly epic

According to Triumph - never going to happen....
Significantly faster than you.....

And quite right too.  Triumph have been very successful in creating fairly unique, niche bikes.

Last thing they want to do is get caught up in the 1000cc sportsbike war!

This...and sales are dropping in this section of the bike market...

Tis a shame :(

Just seen one of these in my local dealers. Looks even better in the flesh. £7.5k too rich for me without selling R6 first but I don't think I can get rid of it.  Hmmmm, anyone got 7.5 large going spare??
