Manchester ninjas if you see any bike/car showrooms in south/ west Manchester area that are to let for sale or vacant give me a shout, have been asked to keep eyes open for new bike dealership

Thanks dan they are looking for a fairly prime site so main a road, good frontage, parking 30 bikes. They want c 5000 sq ft GF and would be better if it had backup or ideally a mezz.
I've got most details but fire anything over if you think it might be good. It's for new Harley main dealership
