Pleased that Old Dave turned up, I told him that he would find you there over the weekend. Now he's a bit more chilled and less of an old miser he is looking at BMW's but I'm trying to talk him into a new 10R, Cool as you like for a 68 year old TD addict!! Roberts sorted him with a nice new place to live, plus a nice new van and having his old clutter sorted he seems fully set for up a nice retirement loaded with trackdays to keep him smiling. His quality of life is massively better than not so many years back when he lost his wife and had to deal with his cancer issues. He's been over the house a bit as he's now living in Spalding.

Bailey and Roberts keeps asking me when/where you lot are TD'ing as those pair are still on it bouncing between Cadwell, Snetterton etc as we have always done and were at Donnington last week. I had a few hours between shifts to pop to site to see how Roberts was getting on with my job and found he had buggered off to Donington leaving his labourer on site. Lucky gits, still my time will come again soon, I'm halfway through my tough year and have something to aim for. I've worked some crazy hours but its starting to come togeather, just been too busy to miss riding. It seems wrong to not have at least one bike in the garage and I sure miss the social side, I will be back sometime when the house is done and I can afford to turn down all these extra shifts.

flymo

washed and polished then out for a blat over over finch shame the sun was not out

Bullet

fixed my friends bike! new downpipes, new studs and bolts, (old studs had shierd off in the head, stud extractors are genius tools!) new crush gaskets, new chain and sprocket kit and a few ods n ends.... sadly my bikes still wedged at the back of a different friends garage :(

Had the lining out of my suit and lid for a spin in the washing machine. Also summer gloves inside out and a a bit of washing powder/water  to try and clean them a bit, and then the afternoon on the washing line.
