Hi guys I've got an 09 10r ..and I suffer really bad pins n needles in both hands .. I did brands gp circuit on Thursday and after about 10 mins I start getting pins n needles to the point I can't feel the levers 😮😕has anyone else had this experience or suffer this any help appreciated 😉

I had a 2010 ZX10R and never had that issue, you could try heavier bar end weights to damp any vibrations. Different grips, Renthal?, as that may help, or it could be you are gripping the bars too hard or putting too much weight through your arms.

Dont remember getting that on my 09 10 Glenn. it is strange that when you tap the hand grips you can feel it vibrating. have just checked my 6 and that doesn't do it.

This is weird but I took the end weight off tapped the bar an no vibe 😕😑 strange ....
@ Green ninja it's funny you say about gripping bars tightly and putting to much weight on wrists etc ..coz I said to steve that I feel like I ride to heavy on bars ...but how do you cure that ☺

get a different bike......... or put street fighter bars on it , would solve it nicely!

you need to use your core muscles to support your body not your arms, make sure you bend your arms slightly when riding, you should be able to 'flap' your arms when riding without affecting the steering. Getting the weight off the bars will also improve steering, braking etc.

Lol street fighter bars not !!!!
I've just ordered some tank grips to help take weight off bars cheers for the advice will try at next trackday 😉 will also try the silicone trick

Relax your arms and hands. Easier said than done but sounds like a key issue for you personally. You can't control the bike properly if you're hanging on for grim death.
Significantly faster than you.....

Loop Legend

That's the weird thing I don't feel like I am but maybe I do not relising it..will have to work on my body position.. hopefully the tank grips will help 😃

The stomp grips make a huge difference on the b1h , your notice a difference that's for sure
