you tiger 1050 guys....

whats the wind protection like on motorways?

LewisBeGoog

Mine came with a zero gravity screen which means it offers more than any of my previous sports bikes, I mean I thinks it good, I still have a thundercat and it offers more than that bike.

Only thing I don't like to date is the seat but I think that's partly as I'm used to being less upright and ill probably adjust with time.

Latest model is adjustable and has additional aero wind deflectors either side of the screen. Works well...negative is the noise...but you can't have it all.

Snozzeltoff

Mine came with an aftermarket MRA screen with the small adjustable piece.
I can sit at 80 perfectly comfortably, on maximum setting I get a little buffeting on my helmet (oo-err) I'd prefer an extra setting or something slightly taller but it depends how tall you are.
Also have the factory heated grips and hand guards, perfect.

As for the seat, I rolls partway up the fuel tank up front which stops you cracking your nutts on pot holes. The seat is a little softer and wider an inch or two back, just shuffle back a touch.
There is a gel seat option which might be worth it if you can find it as it's normally expensive.

very good  :azn:

I actually put the original screen back on as I didnt fancy the big screen on for the "high spirited scratching" I had planned today. Tiger also saves your highest recorded speed ehich is nice  :moto:

Thats comparable to the thundercat with the double bubble.

All in all very good. I added a mivv can over the weekend to! Little more go and a lovelly noise

MOzZereLLa

Why is saving your highest recorded speed "nice"?

Nice for who? Coppers?

Just seems to be a gimmick of chocolate fireguard proportions.
Significantly faster than you.....

I didn't like that function on the Daytona 675...seemed rather pointless. I doubt the cops would look...but even if they did they you could blame a malfunction of the equipment.

Dom1

Had that on my aprilia too.

No officer, that was from a trackday I did.

Or from lubing the chain on a paddock stand earlier and getting rid of the surplus 'fling'.  ;) :police:

Or the previous owner, I, of course, had no idea it went that fast having never used the top two gears.

Something I'd done hundreds of times with no problem before that fateful day.

Stupid is as stupid does.
