Why are they such a bunch of fuckers. I told them the b1 was gonna do no road miles and only wanted TPFT cover and they wouldn't insure me! Carol tossing Nash. What an utter pile of stupid toss.

I was with Carole Nash for ten years and they were always the best quote, unless you want to go to some shyster that goes missing when you need to make a claim.

They may be good, but for some reason the mention of trackdays made em run. Best not telling them anything it seems, tell the truth and they won't even quote. Need to follow up on Bennett's on Monday, at least they are sensible about braided lines, filters etc still have to speak to the underwriter given I replaced the B1 rear shock, which makes the bike a bit like a bucking bronco, with a rather nice WP with the correct spring stiffness. Wish I hadn't bothered telling them.

I have my track bike insured with Lockton, the specialise in Race bikes etc.  It's covered for theft etc when on the trailer too

So you wanted insurance for a track bike - which they don't do - and you can't understand why they didn't offer you cover?

Competition Car Insurance offer agreed value cover for theft for race / track bikes.

It's a road bike with a flimsy track fairing on it, it's nothing special. I have several bikes, all of which are road bikes, I wanted a multi bike policy
