well it didn't rain which was a result me and the other half went down there absolutely packed never seen it so busy but was a good time anyway

According to official figures, 50,000 bikes attended with a footfall of around 90,000.

Good but tiring day for those of us who had to work there, now suffering with a crispy forehead as I forgot to take a hat

Those are the official figures that were given out by the Police who had the traffic count cameras operating on the aproaches to Hastings, and certainly numbers were up on last year, and to me the numbers were visibly up over last year

Last year the official figure was 30,000 bikes
