Honda Dylan question

I've been asked by my mother in law to have a look at her scooter, now the speedo drive has stopped working and ive agreed to have a closer look at the weekend.

Is there anything that I should know about or look for on these bike or Is it pretty much a standard speedo drive?

Probably cable driven.

Advice....  look for a 'Haynes' manual

the "Homdas" are pretty basic if you know yours way around a bike you will be fine
