The engina has good power, is strong, and has had regular oil and filter changes. It has also had the shims inspected and replaced where necessary

That, and good time of year to sell a trackbike. My anecdotal observations suggest that these things don't go for as much in December... Someone should do a study on it...

Great bike for someone. Kind of sad that the southern trackday posse have fallen out of love with it, but people gotta do what they gotta do and I'm sure the money will come in handy for other purposes... I'm kind of tempted to get on the offroad bike bandwagon, but the obligation to maintain/wash it is currently putting me off...

Plenty of low maintenance options out there - You don't need a highly strung competition enduro machine to go trail riding!
