Suspension setting??

I have an er6f and am planning a trip that would mean rider pillion and full luggage, what number would you recommend I set it to, both people are big 😳 soft panniers top box and humongous tank bag 😊 all help great fully received 😀

Two people and luggage, I'd say you need to mahout whatever spring preload is available. Rebound damping too if that adjusts on one.

Measure sag with the bike loaded up and set it from that.
