I tried it on for size when I first got it....sounds great but a lot louder than the Leo Vince, and that won't pass 102 without stuffing the baffle.

Did you have to put a lot of the wadding in Millhouse. The akra you sold me I wrapped from the gauze cylinder out to the carbon sleeve.

Did you have the bike warmed up before testing?
Me and a mate tested ours, 2008 r6 decatted with micron can, did 110dB when cold and 102dB when warmed up to 80ish degC. My b1 with stock system with different can did 105-106dB cold and 101-102dB when at 90ish degC.
We used proper noise tester kit, in calibration, followed ACU guidelines etc, so it's a proper reading.

Yeah, warmed it up so temp gauge was "normal" tested it at 50ish cm from pipe exit @45degrees. Then ran it up and down the road onne or twice and retested it.

I'm gonna leave it on for snett anyway and just take the std can as well!

still bit concerned about new can on the blade
my noise test came out much lower than i expected
so had no faith in my figures
but thought fuck it, it was worth the risk
