...and what's up with the rim tape ?

Nothing at all when done right.

Just there seems to be a hatred for it here!

I'm not lying about nowt....tis my bike and if you don't like it I don't care.

....and besides, the paint scheme is a replica, therefore it has to have the tape, as the original did.
I don't mind the rim tape but some of us had a laugh about it yesterday in a thread

Nope sold my warmers a while back after I realised that I can't be arsed to use them all the time.

I really like your CBR Neil. Let's face it, it's a track bike more than I have.

I've been wondering whether it might be time to broach doin a cheeky novice day somewhere again with Mrs M. I suspect it won't go down well.

My b1... Fairly stock, WP front springs, WP shock, pipercross, NRC casings, brembo pads, braided lines, replaced front spindle spacers. And changes before this weekend -1 tooth at front, samco hoses, renthal grips.
In the post, tsubaki chain, +1 & +2 renthal rear sprockets, CRG clutch and brake lever, renthal clipons.
On my wish list, re-valve front forks, rearsets, power commander, dyno run, quick shifter, slipper clutch... Doubt I will complete the wish list.
None of it is making me any faster... But it's good fun trying

Getting rid of the b1? Let me know if the fairing is going, my one is wafer thin flimsy, one tip off and it's finished.
