winter accomodation

bike was getting a bit damp in the garage and I wanted to give it good winter strip down and clean
so I bought it inside... because I could

wasnt the quickest operation, doubt something i will do too often, but means i can work on bike in a bit more comfort

I have had more than one bike in the living room over the years.

The mrs regularly tells the story of how she came home early from holiday with her family and walked into the living room to find me sat on my bike, watching motogp repeats, in my boxers, eating a bowl of cereal.

Its usually accompanied with 'he just said hi and turned his head back to the tv'

still don't see the problem

hmmmmm...... I'm not so sure..... I see a few issues.

Firstly, those windows look like they allow lots of natural light.... I'd be worried about paint fade, especially in red..... best brick them up.

Secondly, access, as you said, it's a bit tricky...... best sling an up and over door on it.

Pictures on the wall?..... you'd be better off with shelving.

A dining table?..... whip it out and put a tool chest in its place.

Doesn't make a bad heated garage thereafter.
